Office of Contract Administration

The primary function of this office is to perform fiscal and contractual review for all sponsored contracts, grants, and unilateral grant proposals before acceptance by authorized University personnel. Contract Administration is also responsible for all aspects of subcontracts and independent consultants who are compensated by means of a Form G-2, originating from prime contracts or grants, to be issued by the University of Michigan to another institution or entity.
