With the implementation of eRPM, most documents are now transmitted electronically. However, some documents still may need to be routed in hard copy, especially those that require an original signature. These items can be placed in campus mail.

For time sensitive documents, the Wolverine Tower Expedited Service provides direct one-way deliveries to the Wolverine Tower mailroom from 16 campus locations two times a day.

If more immediate action is needed, a messenger run may be requested. Pick ups can be scheduled from any of the stops along the ORSP Messenger route below. To schedule a messenger, please call 4-5500. There is no regularly scheduled messenger run. Any pick-ups are on-demand only.

ORSP is not able to pick up mail from units. Please place items at the Messenger pick up points for direct delivery to ORSP. Because of the lack of adequate parking in the Med Center, Medical School recipients will need to meet the messenger in the Circle Drive (see map).

Any special items that need to be delivered directly from ORSP staff will also be delivered to the reception or mail area of the recipient.
