ALERT: On December 2nd, 2013, the paper processing of unfunded agreements (UFAs), such as Material Transfer Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements related to sponsored research, and other such "unfunded" agreements moved to eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM).
Also, Tech Transfer now processes incoming Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) in addition to outgoing MTAs. Tech Transfer will continue to work directly with inventors to process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) related to the disclosure of intellectual property for licensing purposes. All NDAs related to sponsored research project proposals will continue to be handled by ORSP.
If you have any questions regarding UFAs or this upcoming change, please contact your home unit or the applicable central office for assistance.
