Grants.gov & the University of Michigan

Grants.gov is the federal web portal for finding grant opportunities from any federal agency and locating application packages, as well as where DRDA submits electronic applications.

What's New. . . .

Use eResearch Proposal Management for most Grants.gov opportunities. The forms can be created in that system and submission is system-to-system.

Even Grants.gov submissions that cannot yet be handled system-to-system will be handled in eRPM for other processing and delivery to DRDA.

Cautions!

Be sure you have the latest version of the application packet for any particular opportunity.
You must use at least Adobe Reader or Professional 8.1.3 for the Adobe forms. Adobe 9 or 10 is recommended.
Earlier versions may not work, may lead to crashes, and have security vulnerabilities.
Adobe Forms are taking a long time to open and send through Grants.gov. Be sure to get the completed files to DRDA with a full four (4) business days for processing.

Note: Grants.Gov files sometimes get corrupted. Make a back up every time you save the file.
