Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP)

Offers outstanding undergraduates underrepresented in their field of study the opportunity to conduct intensive research across a variety of disciplines. The goal is to prepare students for advanced studies in a Ph.D. program at UM.
Application Deadline: February 13, 2012 (11:59 p.m. EST). Applications and supporting documentation must be received online by this deadline. Transcripts must be postmarked by this date.

Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program

• Michigan Community College Student Summer Fellowship Program is is available to students enrolled in ANY community college in the state of Michigan, who plans to transfer to UM. Applications will be available starting in December 2011 for Summer 2012.
• Several fellowship programs for UM undergraduates. See the UROP website.
