The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is a nonnoprofit, nongovernmental organization located in Washington, DC. Congress authorized the establishment of PCORI in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

Please submit both a PAF and an online application to ORSP. Select Tom Zdeba as the RO on all applications. Please note that the actual ORSP project represenative will vary.
ORSP must approve the FINALIZED PAF before we can submit the PCORI online application. The project team must submit both a PAF and the online application to ORSP.
