UM Research Impacts Team aims to promote
- a deeper societal understanding of the value of basic research

- collaboration among internal and external groups for multidisciplinary, cross-institutional research projects.
The Team focuses on how U-M can assist faculty and scholars whose programs require a broader dissemination of their research efforts to non-specialist audiences.
