Reminders about Signature Authority

The U-M Standard Practice Guide (SPG) section 601.24 grants ORSP a signature authority up to $250,000, for Training, Research Contracts & Grants, in its Table 1: Delegations of Authority for Business Transactions with External Organizations. See pages 41-46. Contracts and agreements above the $250,000 threshold are signed by the Office of Contract Administration or U-M's Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
