Andy Satkowiak selected as new Director, Operations and Administration

Andy Satkowiak will serve as the new role of Director, Operations and Administration, effective January 8, 2024. Andy has worked with small and large teams in both education and industry, and shared that the “intersection of people and process” is where he "thrives." He brings abundant experience to this role, including:

• an MBA from the University of Michigan's (U-M's) Ross Business School, where he served as a fellow in The Center for Positive Organizations
• executive leadership in strategic planning, change management, organizational health, coaching CEOs and teams
• experience as a Director of Human Resources, and Chief Operating Officer
• experience as Graduate Research Assistant during his time with the University of Central Florida's (UCF's) Research Initiative for Teaching Effectiveness, studying Psychology
