This tool (U-M login required) is meant to assist project teams when submitting an award change request (ACR) for Uniform Guidance (UG) Monitored Costs. Project teams can use this optional form to list UG expenses and then upload this to the ACR form to help ensure the requirements are met to avoid delays or required changes.
