Manage Project
The Manage Project phase, often the longest in the sponsored project lifecycle, involves all activities necessary to execute the research scope of work, including financial management, technical reporting, monitoring of subrecipients, and requesting and processing administrative changes (e.g., no-cost extensions, personnel changes) throughout the award term.
Award Change Requests (ACRs)
