ORSP Realignment - Team Formation Progress Updates
As shared in our RAPid email update, we want to update you on the changes happening within our department as we progress toward our realignment. This is an active phase of our realignment and a milestone for the research community.
The purpose of this communication is to share the updated organizational chart and reporting structures, serving as a guide for locating department/unit assignments on the website.
This positions us to operate at an elevated level, enabling us to support higher volumes of research with greater efficiency.
We are pleased to announce that:
- the Contracts team is in place.
- the Proposals & Award Management team is progressing toward its formation
- the Pre-Award team is in place (with recent hires shown below);
- the Award Management team will officially launch in early 2025 to handle non-financial post-award activities after internal cross training is completed.
