ORSP Realignment - Team Formation Progress Updates
ORSP has implemented the formation of each of our sub-teams and is now working to elevate its operations.
Refer to the updated organizational chart and reporting structures, serving as a guide for locating department/unit assignments on the website.
This positions us to operate at an elevated level, enabling us to support higher volumes of research with greater efficiency.
With all teams formed, they are equipped to specialize in portions of the Project Lifecycle
- the Contracts team is responsible for all funded and unfunded agreements
- the Pre-Award team is responsible for review and submission of proposals
- the Award Management is responsible for all non-financial post-award activities
- the Coordinators team is responsible for data efficacy and management of key workflows
