The Uniform Guidance Single Audit is Complete

The University of Michigan's 2022 Single Audit is complete. This report is completed pursuant to the Uniform Guidance, Subpart F. The Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) has accepted our Data Collection Form (DCF) submission.

What is the Uniform Guidance Single Audit?

The purpose of this audit is to provide assurance to the United States Government that, as a non-federal entity, we have adequate internal controls in place and are in compliance with program requirements. See: Single Audit | HHS.gov

When Sponsors Request This Information

Sometimes sponsors request our single audit information. The DCF along with the single audit report can be found on the FAC website. To search for it, the sponsor will need our Unique Entity ID (UEI)  number (GNJ7BBP73WE9).
