Project Representative Assignment and Support Staff Selection

On Monday, Nov. 25, in support of ORSP’s realignment, the ability to select a Project Representative (PR) on a Proposal Approval Form (PAF) will be removed (except on Clinical Trial Routing Forms) CTRFs for clinical trials.

When the PAF arrives at ORSP, it will be assigned to the appropriate PR based on the answer to PAF question 1.2 (“Proposal,” “Contract” or “Subsequent PAF”).

For issues before a PAF arrives at ORSP, project teams should: 

• “Proposal” - Use the new [email protected] email address as previously directed.
• “Contract” - Contact the government team or private team PR assigned to your unit per the ORSP website.
• “Subsequent PAF” - Contact the PR assigned to the related AWD record.

Posted comments prior to the PR being assigned on a PAF will be forwarded to the appropriate team’s triage inbox based on the answer to PAF question 1.2.

Note: The option to select Support Staff will not be available on posted comments until a PR is assigned to the PAF record.
