- aiM Higher The aiM Higher CRA Preparation Program is led by a group (external to ORSP) that includes U-M research administrators who help colleagues prepare for the Certified Research Administrator (CRA) exam. It was founded by Sue Kelch, a now-retired U-M administrator, and since 2022, it has been led by Corinna Burghardt, Stephanie Blackmore, and Melissa Li. Contact [email protected].
