  • NIH Updated its late application guidance  NOT-OD-20-091  (updated 3/27) which allows submission by 5/1/2020, of applications due between March 9 and May 1; no late application cover letter is required for these applications. FOAs that expire prior to May 1 will be extended by 90 days, with adjustments made to Grants.gov, to allow for submission of the late proposals described above.
