Research Administrators' Network (RAN) meetings are held three times a year to provide continuing education on U-M research administration topics and to hear from unit administrators and leaders in central administration.

Cathy Seay-Ostrowski.David Mulder and Cathy Seay-Ostrowski, our guest emcees for this in-person event, bring a wealth of experience in research administration and have each made instrumental contributions to the research enterprise at U-M. David and Cathy look forward to sharing their unique perspectives and engaging attendees in a fun and exciting meeting.

Guest Speakers, Meeting Topics

Arthur Lupia.  Patricia Wittkopp.Arthur Lupia, interim vice president for research and innovation, and Patricia Wittkopp, Arthur F. Thurnau Professor, Deborah E. Goldberg Distinguished University Professor, and LSA Natural Sciences Associate Dean for Research, will attend the meeting and share remarks.

We will also have presentations from the University Human Resources (UHR) Talent Acquisition Team and Research Security Office, as well as regular central office updates. The meeting will conclude with lunch and a time for attendees to network and connect.
